I may as well mention another one that I’ve acquired recently…stamping and paper crafts. I know it’s related to scrapbooking, which I moved to digital last year, but I do love doing crafts and things with my hands and these stamp sets, papers, inks, ribbons, etc. are way too cute not to want to work with. And there are FABULOUS paper crafters and stampers out there to provide infinite inspiration.

I’ve only been doing stamping for, oh, about 2 hours. I received my package from Papertrey Ink today and got started right away! I must say it’s not as straightforward as I thought (but what is, ya know?) I have to get the hang of the stamping thing but I’m about halfway through with my first card (for Z’s teacher) that I am making with the Teacher’s Apple stamp set from Papertrey.

I have also started yet another blog just for my paper crafts and digital scrapbooking which I will give the link to once it’s finished being set up. I want to keep this blog focused more on my often incoherent ramblings and keep that one just for my incoherent crafting side. At least I’m consistently incoherent.

So, there ya go. I am officially anxiously awaiting this month’s release from Papertrey, which isn’t for 2 more weeks. I’m already that addicted. Dang this personality type of mine…
