Kirby has started to have major outbursts again suddenly. He started school again recently after having the summer off, my mom was here for two weeks which kind of shook up the household dynamics a little…that’s what has changed. But he loves school and loved my mom being here so I couldn’t figure out why he has been having such a hard time lately.

Of course then yesterday we were talking to his teacher who said again how much higher functioning he is than the rest of the class (and why we’re meeting tomorrow to put him in the next level) and that they have all sorts of “behaviors” as they say (which means “bad behaviors”). I think he may be getting it from them. He turns red faced and tenses up even at the littlest thing. Makes me sad really. It has felt like he has regressed over the last few weeks but maybe it’s another phase, maybe it’s school/classmates, maybe it’s everything.
