Well, I pestered the neurologist’s office to get an earlier appt and they finally called with one but guess what? It’s a whole ONE HOUR earlier than my scheduled appt. Ugh. She didn’t realize that when she called. But the good thing is it’s only on Oct. 18th and not in November like I was originally thinking. Another good thing, we saw his pediatrian and got the order approved for his EEG and they happen to have an appt open on Monday. So we’ll have the EEG all done and ready for the neurologist to look over on the 18th and not have to wait another who-knows-how-long to get another appt with him. So that’s some good news finally.

But the bad thing is we can’t go back to the dental surgery center we went to before because our insurance won’t cover it at all. There’s only like 2 pediatric dentists in this area that contract with hospitals and they both have enormous waits but I’m going to do anything and everything to get him in. I think he’s not eating well partially due to his teeth so they HAVE to get this done asap. Anyway, that’s about it. I’m so curious about the EEG. We have to keep him up one hour later the night before and then wake him up 3 HOURS EARLIER than usual that morning and make sure he doesn’t nap for one second until his appt at 3pm. That’ll be fun. Not.
