Ok, well, I didn’t actually see HIM, but I saw the car he was riding around in during tonight’s escapade in Vegas. Turns out he is staying at the hotel that’s a mile from our apartment! We turned on the news this afternoon and saw the news helicopters zoomed in on his car and we realized that he was still in Vegas. At that time he was actually 1/2 mile from our apartment! We heard all the helicopters and everything. So we grabbed the camera and jumped in the car. I still had my pj’s on, had no shoes, no bra and no makeup and I didn’t take a shower!  There was a bit of traffic because it was the start of rush hour so we took a back road and followed Michael Jackson’s car…down the road, onto the freeway, and down towards the Vegas strip.

We knew where his studio was so we headed straight there and ended up beating him there. There were tons of reporters and some fans waiting at the gates, and there was Daddy standing there with camera in hand. I had to stay in the car for obvious reasons! :lol Well, I was on the phone with my mom who was watching the news and she told us where he was going. Once we realized he wasn’t going there we decided to go home.

Then we heard on the radio that he was staying at the Green Valley Ranch casino…which is right by our apt. We were in the turn lane to go into the casino parking lot when a cop with his lights on and Michael’s entourage turned in right in front of us! I had such a feeling of accomplishment. That’s all I wanted to do was see his car.

But suddenly Daddy jumps out of the car with the camera and yells for me to pick him up on the other side. He runs across the street following the cars. Ok, at this point you’re probably thinking we’re weird. We’re NOT crazy Michael Jackson fans. But considering he’s the 3rd most recognizable face in the history of the world, we thought it would be cool to get a picture. I must have driven around for 45 minutes before I finally found Daddy. There were tons of people now, everyone looking for Michael Jackson. There were reporters everywhere and fans with signs & stuff telling their stories to the cameras. I’m sure I was on television at some point, but I really tried not to be considering the state I was in.

It was an exciting little adventure to say the least. We didn’t get any pictures of Michael Jackson, though. I’m halfway thinking of going to the casino tomorrow just to see…we go there for breakfast sometimes since they have an awesome breakfast buffet. :D Anyway, that’s my story! If you got this far, you’re a crazy MJ fan! :lol
