I never really had BH (braxton hicks contractions) when I was pg with Em and Kirby. None that I can remember at all with Kirby and maybe like half a dozen the entire pregnancy with Monkey, if that.

But I’ve been having a few a day, sometimes more! Sometimes they just come on their own, but I always get them after doing something sudden or from bending over a lot (like picking up all the damn toys!!!) or like a little while ago, yelling at the kids. (My nerves are shot today.)

Is it normal to have them this often? I don’t think it’s anything to worry about really, I’m not like concerned about going into labor or anything but it just seems strange to get them like this when I never did before.
